So the interview process had five steps. It started with a CV screening, then an excel data exercise, followed by an online video interview. After that was the assessment centre, which took about 6 hours. The final step was a final interview. I did the assessment centre on Wednesday, and two days later, they let me know I wasn't successful.

- For the excel exercise, you just needed to use the given formulas, so it was mostly straightforward.
- The video interview let you re-record a few times, and each answer was only 1 minute long.
- The assessment centre took almost 6 hours, including an individual presentation and a group task where we had to decide on the budget allocation for locations and departments for a theme park, which we then presented.

So the process was pretty long. It started with them looking at my CV, then I had to do an online comprehension test. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, you have to give a 3-minute presentation on any topic you want, do a group task, and an Excel task. The Excel task is pretty tough and takes a while to even figure out what they want. If you pass that, I think there's another Excel task you do at home within an hour. If you do well on that, you get invited to a final interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a technical test, then an assessment centre, and finally a round of interviews. I didn't get the job after the last stage, which was a bit of a bummer because even though I applied for a job in London, they asked me in the interview if I'd be okay with working in Essex a couple of days a week, which is like a two-hour commute for me.
