The hiring journey was pretty straightforward: first, submit your CV, then do a quick data test. After that, there was a recorded interview, followed by an assessment centre and then a final interview. I must say, the recruitment team was great throughout the whole process. The tests mainly involved using basic Excel to interpret some provided information. However, the challenge at the assessment centre was a bit abstract if you weren't already familiar with production-grade engineering management processes, like managing car manufacturing.

So first, they looked at my CV, then there was a technical excel test and a self-led video interview. The last two parts were the assessment centre and then a final interview. The AC was a full 6 hours. You had to give a 3.5 minute presentation on whatever topic you wanted. After that, we had a group presentation where we had to decide how to allocate a big budget to 4 main departments for a theme park. And then finally, a technical test on excel.

It was a multi-stage interview process. Started with an online assessment, then an excel task, followed by an assessment centre that was done online, and finally a last interview. The whole thing was pretty engaging and straightforward to get through, and the recruitment team communicated well. However, it took a lot of time, and I got absolutely no feedback even though I put in a lot of effort.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • As a group, how would you allocate 10 billion to build a theme park, detailing its location, required departments, and the reasoning behind your choices?
  • During the final interview, please provide a ranking of your assessment centre experience and justify your decision.
