I went through a few standard interviews with management over a few weeks. Since I'm on the East Coast, the interviews were virtual or over the phone. It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too challenging.

I found this job on LinkedIn and they emailed me. First, I had a phone interview which was pretty chill. Then, I had to go in person and present my past work to the department head. The interviewer was nice and direct. The office was easy to get to and they were welcoming, but parking is rough - only meter or expensive lots, so I'd suggest public transit or a ride-share.

The interview process was brief. I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager where we discussed my experience and what I hoped to gain from the internship.

I went through a 3-step interview process. The first interview was a phone call with the head of client services based in California. That went well and I moved on to several in-person interviews with a group account lead, a producer, and the head of strategy at their NY office. All those interviews also went well. The final stage involved presenting a creative brief to both the NY and California offices. I was instructed to act as if I were presenting to my creative team, which I did, and in my current role, this type of 'presentation' is usually pretty informal. Not knowing what they were looking for, I was unsure about how the last interview went, until I was later informed they decided to go with a different candidate.
