Behavioral Presentation

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied through the company's website. A few weeks later, on July 24th, I got an email about an interview for the next day. The interview itself felt okay, and I discussed my past and current experience. When I asked about the next steps, I was told there would be a short assessment and then a presentation with a senior staff member. They mentioned the whole process would take about three weeks. I didn't hear back until exactly three weeks later, when I got an email late at night saying my application was unsuccessful, with no explanation or reference to our interview. Felt like a waste of time.

Behavioral Presentation

So, the interview process involved a few steps. First, there was a recruiter call, then a phone screen, followed by a technical screen, and finally an onsite interview. I was asked about my experience managing online campaigns, working with clients on concepts and launching various campaign types like eDMs and banners. They wanted to know how I understand client needs and create winning presentations. I also had to talk about my experience with email marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance oversight, as well as how I handle campaign reviews and updates.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Tell me about your experience managing online campaigns and collaborating with clients on the entire process from concept to launch, including eDMs, online banners, lead generation, and content syndication.
  • How do you ensure you clearly understand a client's brief and develop strong concepts and presentations independently that result in conversions?
  • Can you explain how you plan, execute, and monitor the performance of email marketing campaigns for registered mail users?

Technical Coding System Design

I applied online. First, there was a HR phone call. After that, I had a 1-hour technical phone interview. Then, a 2-hour Skype interview with the team. I also had to do a Data Modelling assignment. It was a negative experience because they didn't let me know the results. I tried contacting them 4 times after the last round via email and phone, but no one replied.
