So first there was this phone call where they asked me basic questions about the skills needed for the role. Then, I had a face-to-face interview where they dug a little deeper into my knowledge. After that, I had an interview focused on customer interaction, and finally, an HR round. I got the offer letter about 30 days later.

Technical Behavioral

The whole interview process was handled by the technical team. After it was completed, they didn't provide any feedback, so I just left. About 10km away, an HR person called me back for another interview. This really shows a lack of communication between their technical team and HR, and they just seem to be playing with candidates. Also, after the interview process, things like reimbursements are handled poorly. They applied their internal policy to me, which wasn't communicated beforehand. How would a candidate know their internal policy on travel limits? I was totally disappointed.

The interview had two rounds: first a phone call, and then a face-to-face meeting. After the second interview, they were supposed to update me on the next steps, but the HR seemed unsure. Later, they claimed the hiring manager wasn't giving updates. They also didn't respond to my travel expense claims. It felt like a waste of my time and effort.
