Mechanical Design Engineer
It was one panel interview with three people: two senior engineers and one manager. They started by introducing themselves and the company, then I introduced myself. After that, they asked me some general questions about my experience working with teams, my strengths, and my weaknesses.

Simple pre-interview that went at a good pace. They asked about my current position and an indicative salary to see if I was within the company's budget, making sure to select candidates effectively from the start.

Mechanical Engineer
It was a four step interview process. The first step was an aptitude exam, including logical reasoning, arithmetic ability, and general English. The next step was a group discussion. For the group discussion, the key is to talk confidently and sensibly. The next round was a technical interview, where most questions will be related to your degree. The last round was an HR interview.
