Management Trainee
There were 2 interviews, each about 30-40 minutes long. They really dug into technical skills and your past work. They also threw in some situation-based questions to see how fast you think on your feet and your management abilities.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
- In a situation with conflict among colleagues, how would you approach a resolution?
- Could you elaborate on your key strengths and areas where you could improve?
Manager
I had a F2F technical interview first. Then, after clearing that, I had a Skype round which was more about discussing my previous work. They asked some 'chocolate' questions, and then HR said I didn't clear the Skype round. It's strange because they've been hiring for this Manager role for months in Pune and still haven't found anyone. They ask really basic questions and then reject candidates without clear reasons. Seriously, don't waste your time here if you have other offers.
- Could you explain Linked Lists?
- Tell me about Arrays.
- What are your .NET skills?
