The hiring process for the UI Developer role involved a 15-day online test, followed by two technical rounds and a final HR discussion. After completing all stages, the HR representative confirmed my success and requested my documents for offer letter processing. However, it has been a month with no further communication, and the HR is unresponsive to calls and emails. This lack of follow-up has also been experienced by a friend, raising concerns about the time invested in interviews when an offer is not forthcoming. It would be appreciated if candidates could be informed about the decision if an offer is not being extended.

The first round was programming which included data structure questions, second round was a technical one which was to be further conducted by the client. I was selected for the first technical interview and was to be sent to client , for second round. Our hr came in and told us client came late and only one panel was available for conducting interview, so it would be late and she asked us to leave and she would arrange a telephonic interview for the same. The hr never called back for it.

My interview was scheduled at 10, and I arrived 20 minutes early, only to find it was a walk-in, not a scheduled drive. It took me 20 minutes to stand in the queue and register, which felt unnecessary since I had an email with the schedule. There were about 4 candidates for UI, 15 for Java, and a few more for .NET, but none of us were being called. I asked the HR if they had a panel for UI, and she confirmed they did and were processing. I waited another hour and asked again; she said the panel was in Trivandrum and they would schedule a telephone interview. I waited for another hour, lost my patience, and asked about the delay. The response was that there were two panels in Trivandrum, and the vacancy was for a project there, so they would interview the Bangalore candidates after finishing with Trivandrum. I took my resume back and left because I didn't want to pursue my career in a company with such careless HR.
