First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quest Development Group.
Phlebotomist
The interview process included a phone interview, then a follow-up phone interview, and finally a job offer. I found the interviewer to be rude and difficult to communicate with. Many of the questions asked during the phone interview seemed random and unnecessary. Overall, it wasn't a good experience and felt like a waste of my time.
- Could you walk me through your previous work experience?
Trainee Engineer
The interview was pretty straightforward. After the aptitude test and group discussion, I moved on to the technical interview. The technical interview covered topics like data structures and C programming. Then, there was an HR interview which was also easy and relaxed, more like a friendly chat.
- Questions covered basic data structures.
CLS
It was a very professional process. After my general interview, I had to do a slide review so they could assess me. It wasn't about getting the slide right or wrong, but about how I could perform. They wanted to know what basic knowledge I had. The interviewer was really nice and gave me enough time to review the slides with no pressure.
- How proficient are you with slide differentials?
Medical Screener
The process was very efficient. I received an email with directions that were very easy to follow. This was about 3 years ago and I can't really recall the specific details for this part-time position.
