It was a very simple and friendly chat, lasting less than 30 minutes and went really smoothly with good interaction. They asked three questions about my background and my reasons for leaving my previous role.

Had a 15-minute phone call with a recruiter, it was super casual. She said I could reach out if I had questions. A week later, I had a zoom call that seemed to go really well. I emailed to thank them, and then texted the recruiter three weeks later for feedback, but got nothing. I noticed the job isn't listed on the website anymore. It takes like 3 minutes to give feedback, and it matters to job seekers when they're looking at different opportunities.

It was a pretty chill interview process. First, the hiring manager chatted with me for about 10 minutes, asking some easy starter questions. Then, we got into the meat of it, discussing how my past work experience would line up with the job. After that, the senior project manager jumped on and asked a couple of questions about my skills with data analysis and project management software. It all felt good, and I got an offer about a week later.
