Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quess.
Management Trainee
I interviewed at the end of May 2019 and got the job about a week later. I met with the head of the MarComm Team who spent about an hour going over my CV and my experiences abroad. About 2 weeks after that, I got a call offering me the job. I've been working at Quess for 8 months now and really like my team and my mentor, who I learn from daily. I'm very happy here and there are lots of opportunities for people from any field of study.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Describe your experience abroad.
- What work experience did you have in college?
Manager
This was a recruiting call where I was interviewed by someone who seemed junior. They didn't ask about anything relevant to the actual job. It's puzzling how management allows people with less experience than the role requires to interview candidates. If there's no budget, it's a waste of time.
- Can you describe your exposure?
- What is your experience overall?
- Can you detail your relevant experience?
Site Manager
The process was very smooth, the technical round of interviews lasted for about 40 minutes and it was focused on technical knowledge about servers, routers, switches, data protection and information security.
- Installation of services on the exchange server.
- Technical knowledge about servers, routers, switches, data protection, and information security.
