Design Engineer
I got a call from Quess Corp about a job opening for their client, but I initially declined due to the location. After about a week of constant calls, I agreed to the location because the salary increase was good and they offered a joining bonus. I then interviewed with the client, which went well. The next day, Quess Corp told me I got the job and asked for my documents to create my profile. I provided them but heard nothing for months, so I emailed for an update. The next evening, someone from Quess Corp called saying they couldn't offer the discussed salary and we agreed on my old company's CTC, with no hike or bonus. I accepted this, but still haven't received an offer letter or updates after several months. My overall experience with Quess Corp was very bad.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and how you solve problems?
- What methods do you use for solving different problems in your previous employment?
