Upon entering the School there was an obvious and severe lack of diversity among staff. There were 5 interviewers that were not particularly welcoming but fine. I believe one of the interviewers was the diversity and inclusion officer for the School.

Interview process went very well, I met with the director at the time and 2 additional assistant managers. They asked questions based off my experience from my last job, and asked where I see myself in the future. They also informed me that I would be working the front end area as top priority.
