Clerical
The interview process started with a recruiter call, which I believe I did really well in. Then, there was a second interview with 3-4 managers, and it was one of the longest and most extensive interviews I've had, lasting over an hour. It was mostly situational questions, including how to deal with older, set-in-their-ways staff. I felt I handled the pressure well. The interview ended positively, and I was told I'd hear back about an in-person meeting or if I wasn't selected. However, I received no follow-up, not even an email saying I wasn't chosen. I only found out my application status was updated to 'not chosen' six months later when I checked my application status, which felt like a waste of time and disrespectful since I wasn't even notified.

Physiotherapist
My interview was interesting. The interviewer was nice and asked me good questions about my experience and skills. It felt good and the chat went well, I got some good feedback.
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
Administrative Assistant
It was a pretty fast interview, just the usual questions about my schooling and what I'm qualified for. Mostly they wanted to know about my past work in a hospital. They also asked if I had a driver's license.
- Tell me about your experience in the healthcare industry.
- Do you possess a valid driver's license?
Surgical Technologist
the interview process was smooth and diligent. The interview as usual asked about my years of experience, why I was leaving my former employer, my availability, and how soon I could start. They also asked if calling my former employer would be a problem.
- Regarding your experience, how many years do you have?
- What was your availability like?
