It was a pretty straightforward process. I was asked to provide relatable context. For instance, back then I used to mention how I was a student from a marginalized community and all I needed was an additional layer of support from someone in school.

The interview process did take a little long from meeting with the recruiter to another recruiter to my boss and then the division executive. I believe I waited about a week in between each interview but the interview was pretty straight forward, included a lot of situational questions, and provided a good overview of the role.
