We started with a phone screen, then a fit interview with the tech team over Teams. This was followed by a 2-hour timed assignment that included questions about frameworks, two backend whiteboard questions focusing on Python, and one frontend exercise covering JS, CSS, and HTML.

The process happened in two stages: first a phone interview, then an interview with the manager and another person. After that, they let you know if you got the job or not. It took about 2-3 weeks. This was my second time applying; the first time I didn't even get a response, even though I was rejected. Speaking French is mandatory. I was rejected because my French wasn't perfect.
