Software Developer
The issue was being given a short deadline for a technical test, and after submitting it, they took a week to respond. The test was submitted on Monday and only reviewed on Friday. Meanwhile, the Azure instances were active and consuming credits. I reached the final stage and didn't receive personalized feedback on how I could improve, just an automated message.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
CRM Specialist
Had four interviews. The professionals were prepared and human. I didn't get the job and didn't receive detailed feedback, even after solving cases and spending a lot of time. I was expecting more detailed feedback and only got it after sending an email.
- Describe a time you faced and overcame a challenge.
Implementation Specialist
HR interview, then a technical test, followed by 3 back-to-back interviews with a director, direct manager, and a colleague. Finally, an offer letter. The whole process was very fast, taking only 2 weeks.
- Can you share a difficult implementation scenario you encountered and how you handled it?
- From your perspective, what are the key performance indicators for this role?
Sales Development Representative
The pay offered is awful. The job description states base pay is $50k a year, which seems a little low for a company that hires mostly in the Beltway area, but whatever. Commission might be provided according to that same job description, which is another red flag. I made it to the final round because I was desperate, so I went along with the process anyway. What they fail to mention is that commissions are paid quarterly and only on meetings you book that turn into a close. Oh, and they're looking for people to work in their New York office. Good luck surviving in the city on $50k a year while you wait months to get paid what you're owed. On their website, you see nothing but how much they care about their employees and how much they invest in your growth. It's usually the most toxic companies that love to say they're a family. A family that doesn't mind you living in poverty, apparently! If you have any options, avoid this place.
- Tell me about your past team experiences and what you learned from them.
- Prepare a presentation to demonstrate your expertise in ecommerce after a week of study.
