It started with a recruiter call, then a technical interview, then we had a culture fit interview, and finally a project-based interview. Senior developer interview questions also tend to be more complex and focus on problem-solving skills.

The interview process had a few stages. First, an analytical test with 30 multiple-choice questions. Then, a technical test, also with 30 MCQs. After that, there were two technical interviews. The first technical interview was important because you could get selected for a specific profile based on it; in my case, I was chosen for frontend. Finally, there was an HR round.
