First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quantum Services.
Inventory Control Specialist
The interview process included three calls. Initially, I spoke with someone who arranged a phone interview. Next, a recruiter with limited knowledge of the specific role conducted a call. Finally, I had a conversation with a Regional Manager, though they seemed distracted during our discussion.
- Describe a situation where you had to work with a colleague who wasn't contributing their fair share. How did you manage it?
Audit Supervisor
First I had a phone interview, then I met them in person at a hotel for another interview, and finally, I met them at a restaurant for the last interview. They mentioned that the job would involve about 200 miles of travel per week, and that I'd get a raise after completing the training.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Inventory Auditor
I had a simple phone interview where they asked about my previous experience and why I'd be a good fit. After that, I got a call about the next steps and that I'd get an email for a background check and drug test, but it never came.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
