Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quantum Health.
Registered Nurse
The interview process is terrible. There is no organization and the questions are entry level at best. The “shadowing” part of the interview was a joke. I sat with a nurse before my actual interview and she ate her lunch while answering questions. No wonder the turn over is high for nurses.
- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you dealt with it.
Registered Nurse
I had an initial phone chat with a recruiter, and then met in person with the department managers. It felt friendly and positive. They were happy to answer all my questions about the job. I got the job offer I interviewed for the very next business day.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a member?
Registered Nurse
Did an hour shadowing with a pod nurse to see what they specifically do in the role. Was a great time to ask questions and get a feel for the job. Interviewed with 2 managers which was a great experience being able to just be myself and share my professional experience. Was a laid back environment with no feelings of anxiety or pressure. Great company!!
- What was learned from the shadowing experience, and did anything stand out the most?
