The interview process was pretty good, with about two to three rounds. It started with HR, then I talked to some peers, and finally the manager I'd be reporting to.

It was a 3 video chat process. First, a chill talk with the hiring manager about my current work. Then, a technical interview with 2 senior engineers on the team, where I had to answer some multiple choice questions and explain my reasoning. It was pretty straightforward. We also chatted about my personal and professional projects. Lastly, I talked to the hiring manager again about salary negotiation and potential start dates.

I applied online via LinkedIn and got an email the next day to set up an interview. The interviewer might have been from an external company (not Quantum email) but seemed to know the role and other jobs. They felt I wasn't a good fit for one role but said they'd pass my resume to other managers for different openings and let me know. I followed up via email but haven't heard back. Unsure if they're just busy, but I'm not convinced they were being truthful.
