Technical Behavioral

I went through 4 rounds in total. First was a technical interview with an Architect, then a Managerial interview with a Project Manager. After that, there was an HR technical round for another team. I completed 2 rounds and then spoke with HR. The HR offered a salary lower than what I expected initially. When I declined, they suggested a 3rd round. They rejected me even after I performed extremely well. They rejected me for no apparent reason. At the end, the interviewer mentioned they hadn't thoroughly reviewed my profile and then rejected me without a clear reason, which seems to happen often. I thought this startup would be a good place to work, but it turned out to be the worst. It's a waste of time to interview candidates if you don't have the budget matching their expected CTC from the start. The HR is unresponsive to calls and emails, which is unprofessional behavior.
