The hiring process began with an online written round featuring Aptitude and Data Interpretation questions, which were fairly easy. However, the subsequent stages were more challenging. The company seemed to lack a clear process for candidate selection based on application profiles. Candidates were arbitrarily divided into groups for a Group Discussion (GD) round on an abstract topic, which many, including myself, passed. Following this, there was a two-stage interview. The first interview stage was poorly managed, with an interviewer who appeared uninformed about the questions or expected answers. The HR's unprofessional conduct, including the use of slang, was also notable. While some interviewers were competent, one specific interviewer lacked basic knowledge. My first interview didn't go well due to this inexperienced interviewer. Despite this, I was selected for the next interview round the following day. On the second day, many candidates who hadn't even been interviewed once were present, and some were never given a chance at all, highlighting the extremely poor organization.

So, in the interview they asked questions based on the Job Description and CV only, no out-of-the-box questions were asked. The package is good but work-family life balance can't be achieved as per glassdoor reviews which I reviewed after clearing all rounds. I got a better offer from another MNC, so I opted for that.
