Behavioral Other

Communication dropped after 2 interviews and indicated they wanted to move a head. Left messages indicating if the interview stalled just let me know. They led me on for over a week and never answered am I in or out. Lack of respect. I had a sense that is how it would be at the company.

Group Coding

We did an in person interview, then had a programming challenge for a few hours. It was a group thing where we were given algorithms, first solved them together as a group, and then had to write code for it in any language to get results.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

So the first step was this technical test, it had like 25 multiple choice questions, mostly from GATE. After that, everyone who took the test got called for the second round, which was a 1:1 interview. They started with a short presentation about the company in the conference room. Then, during the face-to-face part, they revealed they're actually a consulting firm, not a product company as they had presented. They said they train people in a specific area for a bit and then place them with clients, something they didn't mention at all before. They marketed themselves as if they built their own products, but turned out to be a consulting gig. Not sure if it was an oops or intentional.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Technical assessment questions were multiple choice, sourced from the GATE examination.

Technical Presentation

They had me come onsite for a technical test with easy algorithms and DS questions, similar to what you'd see in the GATE exam. After passing that, there was a company presentation round where they explained that they're a consulting firm with clients nationwide and offer training before you start working.
