The Quantexa interview process had three stages. First, I spoke with HR. Then, there was a one-hour chat with the practice manager. The last part involved me presenting my most recent project, talking about the hurdles, wins, and what I learned. HR managed the process well, and I liked how they asked for my feedback after each interview before telling me the result. It gave me a chance to think and share my thoughts, which made it feel more about me. The HR folks were really professional and communicated clearly the whole time. Their organized way of doing things and quick replies made the whole experience smooth and engaging.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved four steps. First, there was a call with HR to chat about the company, my background, and why I'm interested in the job. Second, I had a technical interview for more than an hour with a senior manager from Quantexa, where we went over my technical abilities and how I solve problems. Third, I was given a task that was tough but related to the job. Lastly, I had to prepare and give a presentation, and then talk with two senior managers. The whole thing was well put together and interesting. HR was great with updates and explaining everything clearly. The interviewers were nice and professional, making it feel relaxed. It was more like a chat than a formal interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had two rounds, which was nice because it wasn't too long. The first round had two interviewers who asked about background, skills, and fit. The second round was with the hiring manager and the solution architect, and I had to give a presentation using a deck about a project I worked on. It took some time to prepare the deck to make sure it had enough detail for them to see if my experience matched their needs. I was supposed to hear back the next week, but I didn't. I followed up with HR, and they said they were finishing interviews that day and I'd hear back soon. I never got any communication after that, so I guess I didn't get the job. It would have been better to at least get an email saying so.
