The hiring process took a bit over a month to complete. It began with an initial conversation with HR where they inquired about my prior lab work experience. Following that, an in-person meeting was arranged. This in-person session lasted an hour, included a tour of the facilities, and involved further questions about my background and motivation for the role, with a significant portion dedicated to the company's work. Depending on the specific job, a subsequent online interview with supervisors might be scheduled to delve deeper into qualifications and hypothetical scenarios. Finally, HR would extend an offer via phone call if the candidate was selected.

They contacted me unexpectedly after I submitted my application. I had a conversation with both HR and my prospective supervisor during the interview. Following the discussion, I was given a tour, which went very well. They posed approximately 20 questions, and the entire interview process extended beyond an hour. My advice is to be prepared and give it your best effort.
