The interview process was pretty smooth, and everyone I met was really friendly. I didn't feel intimidated at all. They extended an offer by the following week, which allowed me to make a quick decision.

It began with a phone conversation with HR. If they liked you, you'd then have an in-person meeting. I really liked how the process went.

First you have an interview with HR, it's a normal interview. If they like you, you will have another interview with someone else who will ask you more situation-based questions, but they are not too difficult.

There are two interviews. The first is a technical interview focusing on troubleshooting and providing technical solutions. The second interview is more about getting to know you and seeing if you fit the company culture. Their culture is a bit unusual, but they are nice people. I'd say the second interview is more important as they want to know if you'll stay long-term. They offer training for the role or at least a chance to learn new skills.
