Initial interview was standard, interviewers stated company’s values and tried to describe how this company is unique and has a high value on communication and team interaction. After the third interview and the lack of the company to communicate to me as a candidate is very different than described. Spent time reviewing this company and may have avoided a bad situation, just following the history they seem to have a high manager turnover. This is indicative of a Company that does not follow what they preach.

A recruiter reached out to me about the position. I had a phone interview, and then about a week later, I went in for an on-site interview with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager. The interview process was pretty standard overall. The only downside was that the company didn't follow up with me after the interview.

The hiring process was tough, dealing with both the local center and the main office. I got rejected at first, but they hired me a few days later. I had a good talk with the Company President who was there that day. It took about 6 weeks until my first day.

There were 3 rounds plus an aptitude test that lasted about 2 hours. First was a phone screen with HR, the second was a phone screen with the facility manager, and the third was an in-person site visit. Everything went well during all three parts.
