The process was fast and easy. You just make an account on their website and put in your job history and sign some papers. After that, you'll have a short interview. If they offer you the job, they'll set up an onboarding session where you'll sign more documents, get your direct deposit set up, and take a drug test.

The interview process was very straightforward. However, the recruiter and receptionist were not welcoming. The recruiter went through my work history and seemed to dismiss all my previous roles. She appeared to misunderstand the distinctions between manufacturing, fabrication, and production. Additionally, upon my arrival, I was informed I needed to bring my W2s, check stubs, and diploma. It would have been helpful to have this information the day before to be properly prepared. My advice is to not apply with a specific job or pay rate in mind. Even though they present themselves as a 'staffing agency,' they operate more like a temp service. They'll place you anywhere as long as you fit the basic requirements!
