Technical Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process for this role was pretty harrowing, honestly. It involved several rounds of both technical and behavioral interviews. Then there was a final case study where I had to set up a Qualified instance for one of their real clients. This part was concerning because after I presented my detailed ideas and recommendations, there was absolutely no follow-up. It felt like my ideas were used for the client, but I was left totally in the dark. It was a disappointing experience and makes them look bad in how they handle candidates. This kind of process feels exploitative and creates a really negative candidate experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So there were a ton of rounds, first an initial interview, then two 45-minute calls, followed by a panel presentation, and then two more interviews. The questions weren't that hard and I was qualified for the role, but they really focused on Salesforce knowledge. This was despite one of the people in the role saying it wasn't that relevant. I asked for feedback nicely and got ghosted, even though they reached out to me and I hadn't even applied for this role.

Behavioral Technical

So I started with a recruiter call, then got a phone screen. They booked the next interview about two weeks later, which was weird. It was a 1-hour call with the engineering manager, who was 15 mins late. We talked about my past projects and experience. Pretty standard stuff. The next day, they sent a generic rejection email, which caught me off guard cause I thought I crushed it and was overqualified. I tried to get feedback but they ghosted me. I'm guessing it might have to do with my emphasis on work-life balance, which the interviewer seemed to not like (big red flag), or maybe they just want juniors they can underpay and control.

Behavioral Presentation Case

If you're not sure about Qualified, definitely give the interview process a shot! My recruiter, Shelley, was fantastic, answering all my questions and guiding me. She's really committed to making the candidate experience smooth and clear. I spoke with several people from different teams to learn about their experiences at Qualified and what makes them passionate about working there. That's what really convinced me. The last stage involves a brief presentation where you pretend to pitch Qualified to a company you choose. I got prep materials covering the prompt, demo/call recordings, ROI info, and a pitch deck. It takes a fair bit of preparation, but it really helped me grasp why the Qualified platform is so special. The presentation is with a panel of 5 people: the CoFounder, CRO, VP Sales, VP Marketing, and Dir of Enablement. The whole interview process was very smooth, and it's clear Qualified is serious about vetting candidates to ensure they hire the right talent.
