First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Qualfon.
Customer Service Representative
They sent a lot of automatic email updates about the interview scheduled for Monday, asking me to set up a quiet, closed room and prepare my office for the day. I also had to install a new app for the link they provided. However, they cancelled the interview two hours before it was supposed to start, even though I received a reminder less than twelve hours prior. The cancellation email was frustrating because it literally said 'Reason: (please specify reason for cancellation here.)'
- Was it worth setting up your whole space, removing all devices, and using a whole new app... for nothing?
Customer Service Representative
Qualfon's interview process was pretty simple. I applied and then got an email for a Microsoft Teams meeting. The first interview was basically about my past experience, when I can work, and if I'm keen on the job. The person interviewing me was nice and told me what the job entails. They also asked if I'd need any time off during the first 90 days. The whole thing was easy, chill, and didn't drag on.
- Will you need any days off during the initial 90-day period?
Customer Service Representative
I applied for a bank CSR role and received an assessment email followed by a text the next day. I completed the 30-35 minute assessment the following morning. A day later, I got an email and text to schedule an initial interview with the recruiter, which was set for two days later. I received a Teams link for it. After passing the recruiter interview, I was scheduled for a second interview with a hiring manager for the next business day, and I got another Teams link. Five days later, I hadn't heard about a job offer, so I emailed the recruiter and was told I didn't get an offer. It was a small, relaxed group interview with simple questions. You have to be on camera for the second interview, but not the first. In the group interview, each person got 2-3 questions with 1-2 follow-ups, and I asked 2-3 questions in the first interview. The second interviewer wanted more detailed explanations for the questions; the manager was more likely to ask a follow-up question related to the initial simple question. The recruiter was friendly, but the hiring manager was fake friendly. She said everyone in the group interview would hear about the next steps, but I didn't get any email days later. So I emailed the recruiter to find out I didn't make the cut. So, just know if they make it seem like you got the job, they could be lying. I'll never apply here again. It seems like you need over 1 year of call center experience or experience in the role you're applying for, even though they say experience is preferred, not required.
- Can you tell me about your work experience and background?
