Qualcomm came to my university for two roles, Hardware and Software. I applied for the Hardware Role. There was one round of online tests and 2 interview rounds. Round 1 was an online test. It had 3 sections, each with 20 questions and 30 minutes. You could move through questions within a section. It was +1 for correct and -0.25 for wrong. About 1500 people took the test for both roles.

After applying, I got an email about two weeks later for a phone screening interview. A week after that, they invited me for an on-site interview which included a 1-hour presentation about my recent research. Then, a week later, I had a virtual on-site interview with five one-on-one interviews (four technical and one HR) right after my research presentation.
