Technical Behavioral

I had an initial chat with the hiring manager online. This was followed by a 1-hour technical interview that covered my previous technical experience, some technical questions, and then my own questions. It's possible there might be more rounds. Overall, it was a good experience, and the people were nice and professional.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Had 2 initial tech interviews with senior engineers, covering general SV/UVM concepts and live coding. Then an HR interview about soft skills and my background. Following that, two more interviews: one with the director of engineering and another with two junior engineers. The manager's interview felt like a quiz and they seemed unsure about my experience level. I was extended an offer, but no contract was provided. The very last interview involved live coding in Python and SV. Ultimately, the offer was rescinded.

The first part of the interview was a quick coding test and a chat. After that, I had three separate technical interviews covering different technical areas. I never got to the HR part because one of the interviews was a no-show. The person who was supposed to schedule things didn't reply to my emails, then suddenly rescheduled a week later. It seems like the interviewer couldn't reach out to candidates unless they were already on the call.
