It was a little intense but otherwise went pretty smoothly. They asked about my design process and wanted me to go over some of my work. Then I was invited back to do a design test.

I sent my resume in through an online job board, then I went to their website and sent my resume and cover letter again. They got in touch a few days later and set up a video call with two people.

I had a typical interview process. First, I met the team I'd be working with, like the account manager and designer. Then, I met the company owner. They asked me job-related questions, but it felt more like a conversation to gauge my personality.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty quick. I met with one person in their upstairs conference room. It was mostly a resume review and a casual, friendly chat about advertising in general, and how QCM is doing well with smaller events that contribute to their larger brand story. The meeting was about 30 minutes.
