First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quadgen Wireless.
Network Engineer
The interview process started with a technical round focusing on networking concepts. This was followed by a round with the director, which was also technical. After that, there was a normal HR round with questions like 'why should I hire you?'. It's mandatory to prepare concepts for 4G and 5G.
- What are the basics of networking?
- Can you explain LTE architectures?
- Tell me about IP addressing.
Network Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The interview process at Vizag involved two rounds. The first round was on-site for one day, and the second round, which included an HR round, took place a week later on the same day. Overall, the interview went well with easy questions. They assessed my subject knowledge in networks and communication, although the process felt a bit confusing.
- Can you draw the 4G architecture?
- Can you draw the 3G architecture?
Network Engineer
Got referred by my friend. First, a recruiter call, then a manager call. They asked some behavioral questions about customer service, working extended hours, my resume, and scripting languages. Nothing technical. Finally, another call to confirm the offer. No pay negotiation, but had to go through background verification.
- What are your thoughts on customer service?
