My interview with Qstream was really smooth. The recruiter was great, communicative, and gave me a good sense of the company and its culture. I was really excited about Qstream after that interview and I was lucky to get an offer. It's been a good experience so far, and I appreciate the recruiting team for making it so easy.

Horrible experience. They wanted to speak to me within a couple of days. Then they didn't turn up to the first call when I had to bend over backwards to make time for it. Then the second call was 4 minutes because apparently the role was selling into a vertical I hadn't sold heavily into before which was very very obvious on my resume. I had already made it clear I didn't sell or work in that vertical in a previous email.

The interview process was super straightforward and quick. I did two phone screens and then went for an onsite where I met the GM and the CS Manager. They really focused on whether I'd fit the company culture, which was a smart move because the culture here is awesome.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then an in-person meeting with the Recruiter, HR Manager, and BDR Lead, and finally a last interview with the BDR Manager. They gave me the offer right after the final interview over the phone with the recruiter.
