First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QSR Automations.
General Contractor
It was a panel interview and the hiring process was very easy. The interview itself was an interesting experience and I enjoyed the process. It included a mix of hypothetical and rapid fire questions, which were highly situational.
- How would you respond if X were to happen?
Software Engineer
The interview process kicked off with an initial technical interview conducted by an external group. Following that, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. The final stage involved an interview with a select group of engineers from the team. In total, there were three interviews.
- Can you explain dependency injection and what it is?
Technical Support Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. First, you fill out and send back a pre-screen form to HR. If that goes okay, the hiring manager will call to schedule an interview. The interview itself was very relaxed, not very structured, more like a casual chat.
- Can you explain why you are a suitable candidate for this position?
- Could you walk me through your typical daily responsibilities in your prior role?
Sales Administrator
The company recruiter reached out and we had an initial phone chat. If that went well, I was invited for an in-person interview. I got the details by email, and the interview itself was about 30 mins to an hour.
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
- What are your salary requirements?
- Can you tell me about your past experience in a similar role?
