Behavioral Technical

There were four stages to the interview. The first was an introduction interview where they asked some questions about my background and explained the role. The second was an interview with the managers where they asked questions about my communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills. The third was a technical interview where they asked how I would technically handle technical support cases. The fourth interview was with the manager and was more of an opportunity for me to ask any questions I might have.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process at Qlik was pretty organized and had 5 rounds. First was an HR Screening, just a quick chat about my background and when I could start. The HR person was nice and explained what happens next. Then there was a Technical Round focused on my technical skills and data integration knowledge. After that was a Managerial Round, which had a mix of behavioral and situation questions. Following that, I had an Interview with the Director, also a mix of behavioral and situation questions, plus a discussion about work process and expectations. The last round was another HR Round. The panel was respectful, asked good questions, and gave me time to think. I got feedback quickly, and the whole thing finished in about 2 weeks. The HR person was really helpful, always available, and kept me updated on everything. Discussing the offer and starting the onboarding process went smoothly and professionally.

Behavioral Technical

They ghosted me after 4 rounds of interviews. They always replied very fast (within 1 day) between the interviews, but when it was time to tell me the result, they never contacted me again. Not even a plain negative reply. As a job seeker, I found this is frustrating and disrespectful because I was waiting for their reply for a long time. I sent a follow-up email after 2 weeks. They replied to that one, and they explained that 1 of the 2 positions has been already filled and they asked for my patience to decide about the second one. But after that, again, they never contacted me again. The job details, the offered salary and the company vibe were positive, and I wanted to join them. Too bad that they don't have a policy for properly reject the applications, meanwhile they emphasize during all the interviews the importance of good customer service.
