The interview process at Qlik had three stages. First, there was an HR chat to see if my background and career goals fit the job. Then, a technical deep-dive with the APAC leadership team. The last part was an in-person case presentation to both APAC and India leaders. The HR team was great throughout, keeping me updated, being flexible, and giving clear advice, which made it easy to get ready and schedule.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 2-round phone interview process, and then there was an assignment where I had to present. The phone interviews covered my background and some questions to see if I matched their core values. The assignment was about their products, and they provided YouTube videos to help, so it wasn't too difficult.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is quite long, with about 7 rounds. I spoke with a Recruiter, the hiring manager, a solutions architect, and the director of sales. It was mostly behavioral questions, but I also got some tough, unexpected questions about how I'd help the company grow and fix problems. After four rounds, they completely ghosted me, so heads up if you're waiting to hear back. Overall, the process seemed reasonable and the conversations were nice.
