Account Executive
I went through two of the three steps for this job. I chose another opportunity that was a better fit for my goals, but the interview process was really good. Patrick, the recruiter, was super helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What drives you to apply for this position?
- How familiar are you with our products?
Account Executive
I had two interviews. First, a recruiter called, and then I spoke with a manager from a different team. The whole process felt pretty disorganized because they didn't really tell me what to expect next. In the end, I got a standard email saying they weren't moving forward, with no specific feedback.
- What are your interests outside of your professional life.
Account Executive
So the whole thing took about 3 weeks. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter to make sure I was a good fit overall. After that, I met with the hiring manager for about an hour. Then, I talked to the head of pre-sales engineering for another hour. Next up was the VP of Sales for about 30 minutes. Finally, I had to put together a 30-60-90 day presentation for the hiring manager, which also took about an hour.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. What was the situation and how did you resolve it?
- What steps would you take to handle a specific customer scenario I'm about to describe?
