Had my first interview in the browser, and then a second one with the marketing director over Teams. Both were about half an hour. It was pretty friendly overall, but I never got any feedback after the second chat, even after I emailed to ask about it.

The recruiters were friendly and open. The process was quick, unlike in Spain where processes drag on. There were only two interviews: one with HR and a second with the manager. If the manager likes you, they'll make an offer right away and not waste time.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, there was an HR interview for about 30 minutes, focusing on fit. Then, I interviewed with the manager for the position, which was competency-based. After that, I had an interview with the n+2, the EMEA marketing manager, also competency-based. This was followed by a case study. Finally, I interviewed with the CMO.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I was given a case study to analyze the competitive positioning of one of their products.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

First, HR looks at applications to see who fits the job. They might give a quick phone call to chat about your background and why you want the job. Then, if you make it past that, you'll do a technical test to see if you know quality inspection stuff, tools, and rules. This could be hands-on or problem-solving. After that, there's a meeting, either in person or online, to check out your people skills, if you'd fit in, and if you're about QIMA's values. They'll ask about working with others, talking to people, and rolling with the punches. Last step, if you did well, you might meet with higher-ups or team leaders for a final look. They want to see what you could do for the company long-term.

Confirmed questions3 questions

  • How do you make sure you're following different regulatory standards when inspecting products for various industries?
  • What's your plan if you find a defect that a supplier says is okay, but your inspection shows it's not?
