First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QC Kinetix.
Front Office Assistant
The hiring process was quick and simple. It started with a virtual meeting, followed by one or two in-person interviews with different staff members. A part of the process also included meeting the team and touring one of the office locations.
- How adaptable and flexible are you?
Medical Assistant
Got an email for an interview, accepted it, and booked it for the next day. It was a Zoom interview, camera on, and lasted about 10 minutes. It took about a month to get an offer, even though they said they'd decide in a week.
- Tell me about your phlebotomy experience.
- Can you commit to working every clinic day for a whole week without calling out?
- What are your main strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Representative
It was a fair and informative process. They introduced me to the company and how the role is performed. They explained what is expected of the position and how it is to be performed. They also covered what training is offered for the position to start and where training is held. It felt like a general interview process with basic questions asked throughout.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience and how it relates to this role?
- What are your expectations for this position and how do you envision performing in it?
- What training is available for this role initially, and where does it take place?
Clinical Coordinator
I spoke with the national sales director. They asked me direct, quick-paced questions about my experience, motivation, and background. They also described the onboarding process and what traits are needed for success. They told me when I could expect a decision and immediately gave me a flight itinerary to attend training at corporate.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
- What's prompting your move into sales?
