It was a really chill and friendly interview process. The project manager is an awesome person, and they're hiring a lot of people because there's so much work. A recruiter called beforehand to set up the time and date for the interview. Then, about two hours later, they called back to let me know if I made the cut.

The interview was pretty simple. They asked me about past experiences where I was in a leadership role and threw in some behavioral questions. Then they gave me a quick overview of the actual job description and what the day-to-day expectations are for the position.

Got a phone call from the hiring agency, then went to the company for an interview. It was pretty easy, they asked me to read a blueprint. They're pretty fast with hiring, which is nice. All pay is from the agency that hired me. It's an 800 hour contract.
