Sales Manager
Extremely disorganized, no follow-ups, no reply, incompetent hiring manager, don't believe the fake reviews!!!! This is the worst company I've ever had the opportunity to interview with. This company is bullshyt!

Sales Director
This was the absolute worst interview process I have ever gone through. The interview process started in April and ended in August. If you aren't truly interested in hiring someone just tell them instead of saying "you are in the running". Great company and vision. If the company grows as fast as they interview....well good luck. Wouldn't have accepted the position after the process, even if I was offered it. That is not how you conduct any sort of business.
- Are you threatened by the fact that I was hired instead of you for a previous position you interviewed for with this company?
Customer Service Representative
I had a 15-minute phone chat with HR first. Then I had another phone chat with the department manager. After speaking with the manager, they invited me for an in-person interview. The very next day, the department manager gave me a job offer, and I took it. Before orientation, they did my background and reference checks and had me take a pre-employment test.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at QB Medical?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was a call from HR. Then, I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with the Dep. Manager. After that, I completed an online assessment. The next step was an onsite interview. They then conducted a reference and background check. Finally, I received a conditional job offer and had to complete a drug test.
- Describe a situation where a customer was dissatisfied and explain how you handled it.
- What is your approach when faced with a customer query you cannot immediately answer?
