The hiring process moved really fast and was pretty seamless. The HR team was super responsive and even gave me some pointers. There was a slight hiccup in the last interview with the hiring manager; the schedule got pushed back to 11 PM, and then they were still late even for that new time.

I applied online for the Senior Financial Analyst job. First, I had a quick chat with HR about my resume, what I knew about the company, and why I was interested in the role. Then, the hiring manager called and asked some tougher questions to really get into my experience, like how I'd done certain things step-by-step or how I'd calculated specific metrics. It seemed to go okay, but I never heard back after trying to follow up, which was a bummer.

It began with a quick phone screening, and I heard back the same day about moving to a formal interview. The HR team tried to book my flight from school, but it didn't work out, so all the interviews were done over the phone. I talked to several people on the FP&A team, and the questions changed based on their roles.
