I went through several rounds of interviews for a couple of trainer positions I applied for. I put a lot of effort into preparing for each interview, which took a lot of time, and I successfully passed them all. However, it felt like there was no job available in the end, which was disappointing. I wasn't given a clear explanation why. The trainers I spoke with felt I was skilled at presenting, but it's frustrating to go through the entire process without a confirmed role offered.

The interview process was incredibly smooth. The interviewer showed genuine interest in me as a person, making it feel less like an interview and more like a conversation. I was put at ease and felt comfortable being my authentic self.

Presentation

Had an initial chat where I had to do a presentation of my choosing. Then met the lead trainer for the course to discuss my knowledge, skills, and experience. It was just one interview session, no need for lots of jumping through hoops.
