Technical Behavioral Presentation

The first stage was really chill, it was just to check if you could work in a tech environment and how you handle projects. Then came the second stage (numerical), the questions themselves weren't tough, but they were worded really badly, so the tricky part was figuring out what they were actually asking. After that, there was a phone call interview where they asked three questions and then let you know if you passed. The final round was a full hour, a strength-based video interview. The questions weren't hard; you just needed to come up with examples of when you showed the strengths they were looking for. All in all, it was a good experience; the interviewers were super clear about the whole application process and what to expect. They were happy to answer questions, which was great given the uncertainty around QA. The only real downside is that you don't get to choose your specialization, you can only state your preferred role. They also want you to start right away, so be prepared to quickly review the contract and ask any questions you have.

So after I applied with my CV and cover letter, I got a call pretty quickly to screen me. It was a chill chat about the job, and then they sent me a link for a quick online test. It was mostly math and problem-solving stuff, no biggie. Then there was another phone call where they asked me some competency questions, but it felt pretty casual. After that, I got invited to an assessment day. The day started with a company overview, then some intro to Python. We had to do a coding challenge to make a simple calculator using Python. In the afternoon, we did some team activities to check out our teamwork and presentation skills. We also had a one-on-one chat where they reviewed my Python code and asked some general stuff about my CV and tech interests.

We had this one day, kinda like that 'Apprentice' show, where we had to come up with a product and then sell it, all within a few hours. At the end of the day, we presented our product to the rest of the group. While all this was going on, we were also pulled out for some one-on-one interviews.
