The interview process with the company spanned three weeks and involved completing two project examples for actual clients. While I can't say if my work was good enough to be used, it felt a bit like doing free work. The parent company that extended the offer was also quite unprofessional. They offered me the job over the phone and, when I requested the weekend to consider, they refused to provide a written offer until I accepted, insisting on an immediate decision by the end of the day.

The interview process included two in-person interviews and two writing assignments. The whole thing took a couple of months because they were using an old outside HR company consultant.
- How do you handle a tough situation with a coworker?
Customer Experience Manager
Interviewed with the company at the beginning of the year, but the position was given to someone with more experience. Was kept on file and invited back a few weeks later for a second interview. The interviewers were friendly and made the process as easy as could be.
- Can you share an instance where you were accountable for a failure in a past role?
Director
The whole process felt like it was about seeing if we were a good fit, looking at both skills and personality. They told me about the company's vision and what skills they needed. I got to talk about my experience. It felt like I'd have the support to do well, but they also made it clear they focus on results.
- Can you elaborate on how you transformed your previous company?
