I'd avoid going through this process. Had a really bad experience with the recruitment agent they hired. Got a LinkedIn DM saying my profile was a good fit. Sent my resume and set up a call for the next week. The day arrived, I waited in the interview for 5 minutes and no one showed up. Got a message from the recruiter mid-way through saying they wouldn't be attending because they're actually looking for someone more senior.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The first step was a general interview to get to know the company and for them to know me. After passing that, I was sent a technical test for HTML+CSS. Once I passed the test, I moved on to an interview with HR and the manager. I had an initial chat with the manager, who asked about the technical test and explained the day-to-day work. Then, I spoke with HR, who told me more about the company and made the offer. The whole process was very transparent, and the people were attentive.

Behavioral Technical

Had an initial screening call with the recruiter, went over typical phone screening questions. Then had a call with the HR Director, who asked more in-depth questions about my experience and what they were looking for in the role. Finally, had one last call with the CPO for more questions about my skills and to give me a chance to ask questions. They said they'd be in touch about next steps, but I had to follow up two weeks later and was told they were still working on it. It's been a month with no word, so I guess they went with someone else, which is okay, but ghosting candidates who got this far feels unprofessional.

The recruiter was unprofessional, and it was hard to ask questions after the interview. I only got to ask two questions and got an answer to one. Instead of talking about me, she mostly asked about my last company. I didn't get to introduce myself or talk about my work; she started by asking about my previous company and its focus. It was a frustrating start. While I know recruiters talk to many people, they should at least be polite enough to let candidates introduce themselves. She said she'd follow up, but when I reached out, my messages were ignored. I get that it's tough to reject people, but it's weird when a recruiter just disappears without saying anything about the application status, whether it's a yes or no.
