A hiring manager reached out to me because they saw my resume from a recruiter network. We planned to chat the next day after I did some digging into the company. After that, I never heard from him again. A week later, I got an automated email from a recruiting coordinator to set up a call with the directors for the next day. When the call time arrived, the person interviewing me was almost 10 minutes late, seemed totally checked out, barely asked any questions, and had to end the call right on time after only a half hour. I barely had any time to ask my own questions. Then, 12 days passed, and after I sent several follow-up emails and made calls, I finally got another automated email saying they'd decided to move forward with another candidate. Honestly, I felt like I got a raw deal, and good luck trying to get anyone there to call you back or reply to your emails.

First up was a social event at an arcade where you chat with current employees about your career interests and goals. Each person you talked to gave you a token, like a sticker for your registration packet. If you made a good impression with enough people, you moved on to the second interview, which was on-site. This part was all about seeing how well you fit the company culture and worked with others through a series of games.

I had a phone screen first and then was brought onsite for 2 separate panels. Each panel had 4 people. Some people had to leave early and one person took over the interview so that the others only had time to ask 1 question. My first question was about the order of events on my resume, which I thought was a little strange. Nice company, amazing offices.
